Today is October 1st. and the first day to enter my Fall into Fall giveaway! Yesterday I teased you with a photo of wheat as a hint of what you might win. Today I'm revealing the prize - Five fat quarters from Kathy Hall's latest group from Andover Fabrics, a package of John James Big Eye Quilting Needles and a stork scissors! I'm afraid the picture doesn't do justice to the beautiful colors in the fabric but trust me, they are beautiful. I shared with you yesterday that I don't like to clean wood blinds. The reason is that you have to wipe each slat down separately and I never feel I get all the dust and cat fur wiped off of them.

My least favorite cleaning activity would be washing the kitchen floor, because when my 85 year old dad comes into the house he never takes his boots off!
I hate cleaning the oven. It's not so much the act of doing it, as now they have fume free self cleaning etc....it's the fact that once it's clean, you know the next time you use the oven, the lasagna or pumpkin pie will bubble over and the thus the ugly cycle continues.

I hate shampooing the rugs. Try to do it in Spring & Fall but I always procrastinate as long as I can! Don't know why - just don't like all the mess I guess. Great fabric in your giveaway - thanks for the chance to win.
My least favorite cleaning chore is DISHES!!! I grew up doing dishes in a rotation with my siblings, and by far washing them by hand was the most tedious and annoying.

Hate hate hate cleaning the bath tub--but it is such a good workout, and since I am the only girl=my job.

I hate washing. You put it all in the machine, get it all out, hang it on the line, bring it in, fold/iron, sort it into piles to go into wardrobes and no sooner have you done that,then it's all back in the dirty laundry basket again...grrrrrr...except for fabric washing :)

I'd have to say my least favorite chore is cleaning up the cat gack or dog accidents. Ick. We have tile in 2/3 of our downstairs and they NEVER hit the tile, only the carpet. Why is that?

I have to agree with you...blinds are a pain to clean. And the ones in my bathroom seem to be the worst because of the extra moisture in there. I think they're my least favorite thing to clean. Thanks for the giveaway! :0)

I love housework. If I had to pick something that is my least favorite it would be cleaning a bathtub. That's why in my home I don't have a bathtub, just showers. Your fabrics are gorgeous! Sewgrateful

Not a fan of dusting - I don't mind doing windows + floors, as it makes the whole room look nicer. But dusting is such a drag - IMO

My least favorite cleaning chore, hands-down, it my parents' bathtub. My mother wants it scrubbed every week, and there's a gajillion tiles and you have to scrub stuff out of the grout between each one. And you can never get the brush behind the faucet, but the scum turns pink so if you don't figure out a way to get back there it's like a neon beacon that you were slacking on the scrubbing... Gah. :(
My favorite chore -- oh, it's like zen -- is hanging laundry on the clothesline in the summer. I'm so disappointed that it's rainy now and I have to take all the clothespins down for the winter...

I hate cleaning the bathrooms! I do it every day so that I can keep them up. Somehow, that seems to save time rather than doing a heavy cleaning once a week.

Your right cleaning those wooden blinds is a pain. Someone told me to just take them down, take them to the tub and spray them off. Well, it worked on the small set, but I can't take down the wide sets. Cleaning my boy's room is not I job I like either. Thanks for the chance to win.

What beautiful fabric, and love those scissors! My least favorite chore is a toss-up between vacuuming and cleaning the showers. I think vacuuming wins as the worst chore because I have two Alaskan Malamutes who shed copious amounts of their undercoat all year long it seems!

I love doing laundry. I don't know why. Perhaps that the love started when I would bring home new fabrics and wash them. Everything is just so clean and warm when it comes out of the dryer!!

My least favorite chore is defrosting the refrigerator. (Yes! Some people still have ones that are not frost-free!) I let it go as long as I can. But when the ice cubes start to smell or taste funny, you know you can't put it off any longer. Thanks for the chance to win those beautiful fabrics.

My least favorite cleaning chore is vacuuming because I'm allergic to dust. Luckily this is an excellent reason to get DH to do it! I like to clean up the kitchen. It looks so nice at least for a little while. Your giveaway fabric looks so beautiful!
